This 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera (VIN WP0AA2998XS624710) has a claimed 70,109 miles on the clock and is finished in Arctic Silver over Black Leather. The seller states, “Overall this Porsche looks, runs and drives great and is ready to go.” No word on any IMS/RMS work. Find this one offered here on CarGurus in Houston, Texas for $20,995.
Sigh, another Silver/Black 996 Carrera I know, I know. At least this one is a ’99 (Dual Row Bearing) with Aero and a cable connected throttle. Sadly, no LSD to complete the holy trinity of early 996 Carreras. Lets move on…
The car appears to be stock on the exterior. The car is riding on 18″ BBS Sport Design wheels and is sporting the stock halogen headlamps. The frunk sticker is not showing a FACTORY Aerokit. Now this could be dealer installed authentic porsche though, so be sure to look out for that. Also, the car was born with the 993 Turbo Look wheels, not the Sportdesigns that are on the car. The only other exterior option is the stainless steel exhaust tips.
On the interior we have Black full leather (dash and door cards), power seats and what was once probably a 993 style 4 spoke wheel that someone swapped to this aftermarket wheel. The car is also sporting the center console delete (which we like).
296Hp, 6sp, cable throttle, Aero, Clean Carfax and a PCA sticker (PCA sticker is worth an additional $2K 🙂 This looks like a potential good buy. Don’t forget that PPI. Make this classic Carrera your firstflatsix.
