From the sellers listing pictures this car appears to be an early build with the factory LSD, cable connected throttle (only the 1999 C2’s were available with both) and 17″ twists that were shared with the Boxster. This car does suffer from the early “fried egg” headlights and some aftermarket tint on the tail-lights, both being easy fixes to remedy.
Fun fact; early 996’s shared the same assembly line as the legendary 993. Bonus; this car has the steering wheel that was shared with the late 993 as well. Be sure to ask for a picture of the option codes, run a fresh carfax and don’t forget that PPI. This one won’t last long. This will be someones first flat-six 911.
