This 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera (VIN WP0AA2995YS620342) has a claimed 93,555 miles on the clock and is finished in “Arctic Silver” over Graphite Grey leather. No real info from the dealer selling, and no indication of any IMS/RMS work. Find this one offered here on Autotrader in Littleton, Colorado for $16,000.
This appears to be a nicely equipped and well optioned example, even if it is in the most boring color combo created. So yeah, the mileage is on the higher end at 93K, but the CarFax is clean and this is supposed to be your first flat six. What better way to jump into 911 ownership than with a $15K 911 Carrera Aero!
No build sheet available, so we’ll just mention what we can see from the photos. As far as the exterior, we see an Arctic Silver Aero equipped car with the “Taco” spoiler. Ask the dealer to take a pic of the frunk option code sticker for all the options while you are at it. The 18″ Turbo Look wheels have been finished in a black 🙁 and the car is sporting those AWFUL headlight covers (please remove them immediately).
As far as interior, we spy Graphite Grey Full leather (dash and door cards), comfort seats, white dials, carbon fiber trim and a 4 spoke wheel.
300Hp, 6sp, E-Gas throttle (because not a 1999) and Aero? Remove the GT3 badge, the tint, headlight covers, black wheel paint and the K&N Hot Air Intake and you have yourself a pretty nifty firstflatsix. Be sure to ask for a picture of the option codes/sticker, and don’t forget that PPI. Make this classic Carrera your firstflatsix.
